It took my whole life to learn how to say it, but thanks to learning all about respecting my own boundaries… “No” is said more often than not these days.

I used to be hesitant about saying ‘no’ earlier and would gave the usual excuses to avoid things and people. But I’m glad I am able to say a lot more ‘no’ now. But I still give the excuses out of courtesy.
Also, does not replying back to message, calling back count as a ‘no’ because I don’t want to talk to you? I’ve become a pro at it now😂😂

This is an area I am still working on!
I have had times in my life where I running myself into the ground because it is so hard to say no. I am getting better at it.

Depends on who’s asking. I have a hard time telling my kids, my wife, my friends, and my patients no. Acquaintances? No problem at all.
