I don’t think there’s any question about it. Beautiful people get away with things the rest of us could never get away with. I used to have a neighbor who was an absolute knockout, and she had absolutely no filter at all — always said what she was thinking, no matter how tactless. She said things that would have gotten anyone else shunned from polite society, but in spite of it she remained popular and never wanted for friends.
