Funny, but the major shit doesn’t seem to faze me. Just roll with it, figure it out, and get down to it. It’s not the big stuff that sends me over the edge, rather, the little, piddely minutia of life nonsense that blows my circuits. Like a stove dying…Thanksgiving day, or a road closure when I’m running late, etc.
I have experienced some major changes – some of them I wanted and it was easy to adapt. Some of them were definitely unwanted. I got on with it, but I wept over the change of circumstances that took me away from the life I loved. But it is no good wallowing. Sometimes you just have to learn to blossom in the soil you are planted in, even if you did not choose it.
It all depends. If its something huge, I don’t deal well with it! I hate change most times! Xo

I’ve had a few in my 70+ years. How I deal with them has depended on what the changes were. But suffice to say I am still here and living a happy life.

Depends on what and how far it goes. Prayers and Faith are my first steps, but sometimes I still lose it, a bit.
