I told you! Many times!
The Internets are alluring and sexy and promising… But they will always end up lying to you! Here is yet another proof…
For some reason, I had thoughts of countries fitting how many times in others… and I was thinking about that and had the reflex I always have: Google!
First, I must admit, in my rush for comparisons, it is my fault I got all confused and wondering… Thinking “Denmark is a small country (in size… only in size 😛 ), ok… but THAT small??” I compared the 2 followings
On the left, Montréal with a total surface of 49 705…  On the right, Denmark with 42 916 km2.  I held my breath… Could my favorite kingdom be smaller than the city I lived in? Hard thought to process for my brain. But it explained the strong interest in bicycles, I would too trade my car for a bike if my country was the size of Montréal! One thing was sure, I wouldn’t have to worry about missing on something when I get there…
But I remembered Lucas’ words about København, Aarhus and Aalborg… Comparing them to cities like Québec or Trois-Rivières… How could all those cities fit on the Montréal surface? It just didn’t make sense.
I double checked my facts, and noticed the Montréal surface was in ha, not in km2. One mystery solved!
But while trying to make some sense out of these facts, I had visited Wikipedia, and found the following…

I am no specialist about country sizes, but 42 916 km2 and 2 210 573 km2, that’s a pretty large a margin.
Now I am confused…
More than usual.
