I once binge watched (in one evening/early morning) of “Drop Dead Diva.” It was FABULOUS! So well written and funny, but with a lot of real story behind it all. Great theme of how people put so much emphasis on appearance and body shape, size and so forth. Great series.
Oh yeah! I’ve watch many episodes of Drop Dead Diva, and I really enjoyed it. So funny, yet thought provoking 🙂 I agree that it is refreshing to see a series that adresses body diversity. Great pick Melanie 🙂
Ohhhh That’s a classic! Although I stopped watching it after a couple of years, back when it first aired, because it was getting a little too bizarre for me. I might have to give it another chance 🙂
Another series I haven’t watched yet. I really need to win the jackpot and spend more time in front of my tv! Funny thing… While I am not too happy with the British Royalty still having their nose in Canada’s business, I do enjoy a good monarchy series 🙂
On the BBC they have all ten series of Death In Paradise. I would recommend starting right at the very beginning – Ben Miller playing Detective Richard Poole and Sara Martins playing Camille.
All Creatures Great and Small is yet another one I didn’t know about. Looks really interesting! They can keep us locked down for a while, I have quite a load of shows to check out, now 😉
I really loved it! Especially if you like Lily Tomplin. I binged through six season in about 3 weeks. Ha!
Happy you are interested in checking it out!

Any oldies and by oldies, I mean from the 90’s to early 2000’s. 80’s are good too. Ah, those were the days. 😀

“Offspring” on Netflix (I think). Seven seasons and a delightful show from Australia.

Funnily enough, Luke Kirby who plays Lenny Bruce is in Slings & Arrows, which I mentioned. Of course, he’s 20 years younger.
