When in doubt, blog about Denmark!
That wouldn’t be a wise advice for a vast majority of you, Lovelies, but it totally applies to me. Some of you might think that I am exagerating this Danish thing. But if you know me a little bit personally, you know that my love for Denmark is real and a bit on the ”bring the straitjacket” side.
Not having much free time during the week since the company I work for opened a few weeks ago (seriously, I’ve complained in the past… But I don’t remember working so hard to make things happen… Hence my limited time spent in the Bloggosphere lately), I wondered what I could focus on, to keep my blogger mojo going.
I doubt this will work out, but if I don’t try, I won’t know…
So I’m planning on writing a series of short posts, about little things I love about Vikingland. I am giving myself the wild dare to find 99 reasons to love Denmark. And if I get there, I’ll send them all to a Quebec editor publishing traveler’s guides.
Who knows?
I’d sure like to be an option, for people planning to visit my beloved Denmark.
Time will tell…
And in the meanwhile, I’ll keep dreaming about meeting Denmark again, sooner than later…
Looking forward!

-i love it!
Indeed, we always have that particular place we can always talk about regardless of time, place, situation, I love that u have Denmark for that!
I share the same sentiments about returning to work and being super busy. I once said that I think I am busier now than pre- Covid which is so weird because we work with clients but weโve got not physical clients to attend to and yet, I am beat!
Goodluck on your keeping up with blogging! I am sure youโd manage!
Cheers!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Janis…
Yes, I wonder what it is about this comeback to work and how so much more tiring it seems to be. I guess that having almost two months to myself allowed me to slow down my life pace to the point that getting back on the horse is a bit painful… I hope we all get used to it soon…
I also think that a lot of us have a special place, far (or not so far) away from where we actually leave. It is a great way to mind-travel, whenever we need to!
Take good care of yourself ๐ xx

True! Mine is Paris. I’ve only been there twice but I feel like that’s my happy place haha.

Twice is already a lot! Denmark was my happy place before I even visited it!
I understand why you feel like this about Paris, I had the chance to go in 2018, because it was my best friend’s dream trip. And I totally fell in love with the city!

I would also love to visit Denmark. I thought I was going to be able to visit in 2016 (for business) but they sent some other personnelโ I was so bummed haha! Soon I hope ๐
It must have been fun going to Paris with your best friend!

Looking forward to it.
Denmark’s been on my mind as I just binged Rita (which I’m sure you have too, but I wanted to mention it just in case you haven’t.) I would like to go back there someday.

Oh my, I’m so jealous… I know about the series, but I didn’t get the chance to watch it yet! Now that you mentionned it, I’ll have to go and hunt down the 5 seasons on dvd on Amazon ๐ Thank you for reminding me!! xx

If you have Netflix, S1-4 are on there unless you want the DVDs (I still like DVDs for my fave series). S5 is still airing in Denmark so it won’t be on DVD yet.

I don’t have Netflix, but I’ll sure order the DVDs! The show seemed really funny from the previews ๐
