When I feel as if I am about to catch something I usually have an early night and try to sleep it off.
If I actually become ill…it’s all about trying to function so relieve the symptoms. Honey and lemon – lots of it. Lots of sleep. If I have to be in public for work, I might take some OTC meds – usually pseudoephedrine to clear my nose up for the day. But I try to avoid that. I like to do things as naturally as possible.
First signs take zinc lozenges. This will boost the immune system. I take just zinc and not zinc with echinacea but there are both in drug stores.

Oh and wipes, carry them with me everywhere, before eating anything out.

Orange juice if I feel like I am trying to catch something or kids bring something home I drink lots of Orange juice.
