Now, what’s the Mystery Blogger Award?

“It’s an award for amazing bloggers with ingenious posts. Their blog not only captivates; it inspires and motivates. They are one of the best out there, and they deserve every recognition they get. This award is also for bloggers who find fun and inspiration in blogging, and they do it with so much love and passion.”

Suzi’s Questions

  1. What is the weirdest thing that has happened to you? Wow, that’s hard to say… So many weird things happened to me. But here’s one: Back in my twenties, I got interested in tarot cards. I didn’t feel like I had any “gift” for reading cards, but it intrigued me a lot. I “read” three people total, and stopped, after realizing that what I had told them was scaringly accurate. (one of my “predictions” was the death of a person close to the girl I had “read”)
  2. What is your biggest accomplishment? Not killing my younger brother when we were kids… I grew very fond of him, even if it took many, MANY years.
  3. What are you most proud of? Maybe not my all time #1, but I am pretty proud to have received personal Birthday wishes from the Queen of Denmark’s office!
  4. (Weird/funny)  If you were to be arrested, what would it be for? Probably for not respecting the 6 months maximum stay in Denmark.
  5. (Shameless self-promotion)  Would you like to be featured as part of my Saturday Shout Out series? Sure, why not? 🙂

About Me

  1. I love Denmark!
  2. I have a fake navel!
  3. I once was told by a doctor that I had a beautiful liver… Talk about inner beauty, right?

Best Blog Posts

I am not sure about this… Is it supposed to be my most viewed posts? The ones with most “likes”? Or just some of my favorites? I’ll go with the latter

  1. Cibelle and Vohne – My favorite series. Note that this is your last chance to catch up with my two love birds, since I’ll be retrieving these posts soon, to work on the story to try to wrap it into a book…. Just saying.
  2. Between Bloggers – I never thought I would come to the point of giving advice to other bloggers, but this post had its share of “success” and we had nice conversations in the comment box.
  3. Spring Sparrow – A piece of poetry…
  4. Friendship – Because you can’t take life seriously… And I rarely do!

    1. Hahahahaha yes, that’s unusual, right? I first thought about keeping the mystery, but it wouldn’t have been fair, after sharing the odd fact.

I used to be morbidly obese, and I had a bariatric surgery to lose a lot of weight. Because of the loose skin, I had a tummy tuck that would have left me navel-less, because of all the skin removed.. So they made a new navel so I wouldn’t look like an alien 😛

  1. Congrats on the award, Cyra! I always love people’s award acceptances because of all the fun facts 🙂 And as always- these were so fascinating! Also – that is so exciting about receiving personal bday wishes from the Queen of Denmark’s office! Thanks for sharing these posts too! And thank you sooo much for the nomination ❤ Have a great Wednesday!!

    1. Thank you Gorgeous!! I too enjoy when others play along, because it helps getting to know my favorite bloggers 🙂 That’s why I always try to accept awards, to share a little more about myself! I am glad you enjoyed this, and yes, it was quite thrilling to receive warm wishes from Amalienborg Castle for my 40th birthday… A lovely Wednesday to you too (and DJ) dear 🙂 xx
