Forget my previous message, I just found your post π
Wow, there’s a lot in there, Beckie… I’ll have a look around! Thank you for sharing, I know that you work really hard for mental illness awareness, and you’re doing a great job at it!!
I loved this, Anne… A great bouquet of tips for the youngest, and reminders for the eldest! Thank you for sharing your life experience! There’s no such thing as too much wiseness π
Well I think that all the things I wrote about in the post are things I have found to be true through my own experience. Thank you so much for your kind comment.
Thank you for sharing this, Trina! For having to deal with that ex myself, I can say that your description of depression is one of the best I’ve read… A great way to explain it to people who never experienced it. Bravo!! xx
It was when I was going through a really shit time I wrote that one. I wrote a few others as well about anxiety and OCD but this one was the one I was most proud of
Be proud of it, indeed! It is very well written, and the image makes it easy for anybody to picture the way depression works! It is all the more impressive that you came out with this, if you wrote it while suffering… Definately worth the read!
I tried to leave a comment on your post, but WP won’t let me… *ugh* So here it is π
Awww… I really enjoyed this story π I think we all experienced a similar situation, postponing taking a chance, and then losing the chance to take the leap… ”Better an Oops than a What If”, right? It also reminded me of the walks we took, almost every evening with my mother, when I was a child. She liked to peek at other people’s lives through the lit up windows π Thank you for bringing back this memory!
I am most passionate about my series and sharing other’s post regarding mental health awareness:
