I made it!

Yes! I made it!!

I know it probably looks like overreacting, but one goal I have set for myself, as a blogger, is to keep up with people commenting in The Cove. I have not always been extra good at that, letting some brilliant notes go un-noticed because I really wanted to finish a post I wanted to publish and then letting a day or two go by, and then ten, and forgetting to get back to my visitor in the end…

I know I’ll slip again, but I really want to put some effort in keeping the interraction alive. I am grateful for every person who takes the time to leave even the shortest of comments. I know there are tons of blogs just like mine out there, and that you choose to stop here, and have a short chat with me is flattering!

I also know that that’s what makes me follow some blogs more closely. People I exchange with naturally attract more of my attention when I have little time to scroll through my Reader in the morning… It is just normal, I guess.

So, with this said… And even if today has probably been crappy stats-wise (I don’t give a dang, it was all worth it!!) I did it!!  I am up to date, and ready to go hunt the latests posts to read, think a little, sigh a good sigh and hopefully have a heartfelt giggle!!

  1. Congrats! I know the feeling. I work full time and blog nights and days off and sometimes struggle to respond to people. But I love what you said: I am grateful for every person who takes the time to leave even the shortest of comments. I know there are tons of blogs just like mine out there, and that you choose to stop here, and have a short chat with me is flattering!-it’s all about the connections we get to make through our writing. 🙂

    1. I agree 🙂 I enjoy the time spent reading and answering to comments as much as the time I put into putting up posts hoping they’ll entertain! And without the support of our little community, I would have long stopped all of this 🙂

      1. Haha … now thats the problem … maybe I should re-write that goal lol … theres so many awesome bloggers and articles and news and … I get a bit carried away 😉
