Drove through the first “White-Out” of the season on the way to work today. Winter is fun.

I can be… Not sure my boyfriend would have agreed this morning, though 😛 It took him 2h to get to the office, when it usually takes him about 20 minutes 🙂 I am lucky, I walk to work, so I did enjoy the flurry too! When you dress appropriately, the first snow falls are nice 🙂

Well, actually, it is quite comfortable (around -5 C) and if it wasn’t that I had to get out of the house to go to work, it would have been super nice to go for a long walk… I wonder what it will look like when I leave to walk back home at midnight though… With the all-day snowing, I hope the sidewalks will have been plowed 😛

Thanks Irene 🙂 I was actually quite lucky, the sidewalk plowers had done their job (for once) and I got home safely 🙂 It was a very nice walk in the freshly fallen snow 🙂

Aww, I’m jealous! I wish we had some fresh powder here instead of the freezing fog and freezing temperature which it’s making people’s lungs miserable (fog=poor air quality).

I wouldn’t want to brag, but you just made me sooooo happy to have snow! I curse at Mother Nature every time she sends water and cold at the same time!!

I think that’s a safe bet 😉 Then again, two years ago, it was warm enough to go outside without a coat…. Mother Nature can be quite surprising 😛

It is very beautiful here in Ontario today. The sun came out in the afternoon and lit up all the snow. Beautiful. I don’t want to have four more months of it but……

I agree… Although I get tired of it, I must say I wouldn’t want to live without the beauty of snow every year…. Especially at this time of year, when days are so short. It brings a lot of light in our otherwise very grey winter 🙂

It was about 17f when I got up, but tomorrow it’s going to be 50f! No wonder people get sick. It’s 25f right now, not snowing. And it will all melt off tomorrow, what a bummer. Hard to get all holidayish when it’s warm!😂
