Sometimes, like today, I get worried about getting older. Not next-year older, but more like thirty-years-from-now older. I know I will not be a cool old lady, keeping up with technological changes… Technology doesn’t like me, and I get annoyed by it very easily. If something can bug, it will! It is a miracle I managed to build up the Cove and still have it. And for the Xth time, I am struggling with WordPress.
I need your help.
A few days ago, I decided to give the “Daily Prompt” a try. I thought it’d be fun, and it didn’t look complicated (it probably isn’t, for most people). Wrong! Writing the posts went good, I added the link, and published them. I thought that was it. But when I visited the Daily Prompt’s page, I didn’t find the links to my posts. The first day, I thought that I wasn’t waiting long enough. Then I thought it was because I hadn’t allowed pingbacks… But I arranged that and it still doesn’t work.
So, if some of you are participating, and have an idea what might be wrong, please let me know…

my pingbacks sometimes take an hour or more to post to the page. Don’t worry about it. it’s a wp glitchy type of thing.

Yeah, I knew there were delays, but after waiting 3 days for one of my pingbacks, I was starting to think that might not be the problem…. 3 days! Would you say I qualify as patient? LOL

Great! The prompts are great but it’s not always easy to come up with something to write about. I have yet to do one myself.

I had tried in the past, but I did come upon a few words that didn’t inspire me at all… making me lose time searching for something to write, instead of just doing my things as usual…
Now, I decided to check it out every once in a while, and participate only if the word really speaks to me 🙂
