1st of September… Although the weather is still pretty warm in Québec, and the cicadas are still singing, autumn is on its way, and it inspired me this song from the well established band Mes Aieux.

Talking about the migrating geese in a very poetic way, winking at the partisans of Québec’s eventual sovereignty, they take us on a musical trip…

It also reminded me of a friend about to migrate South himself, going back to his roots after a long time spent away from what was back then his home… God rejse min ven!
